These are a bunch of abandoned miscellanea. Things that didn't warrant their own post but definitely deserve to be seen. Various locations over various times. This was right across the street from a farmhouse our friends were renting. Both have since been demolished. I haven't been by to see what's in their place, but I'm sure they're storage units. This location was crazy because not only was there clearly squatters living here, there was a car in the garage. The … Continue reading Abandoned: Potomac View Rd, Sterling VA
Our honeymoon was in Iceland so these are various abandoned structures we sighted from the Ring Road. And of course, the famous abandoned airplane you see pictures of everywhere.

I found pictures of some sort of prom event (not sure why I didn't keep them) and a bunch of … Continue reading Abandoned: Eggleston High School, Eggleston VA

Back when I explored it, I called the number and a man answered. He instructed me to call another number, rambled it off quickly then hung up on … Continue reading Abandoned: Braddock Rd Right off the FFX CO Parkway
This home is smack next to the Prince William County Fair Grounds. It's clearly a squatter haven... these days it looks too overgrown to enter.
This home was abandoned (it seemed) when I explored it. It is now occupied.
This home was my first foray into the magical world of abandoned exploration. My dad showed me the home and I came back to explore it on my own (much to his chagrin). The main, yellow, home had been moved out of. Clearly by someone who cherished it because the stove manual was placed back … Continue reading Abandoned: Maries Rd. Sterling, VA
